Large 19th Century Regency Giltwood Overmantel Gold Mirror with Original Plate

This is a stunning large original 19th Century Regency gilt overmantel mirror with classic column sides, cornice top and original mirror plate.

Good original antique condition with general wear, rubbing to the gilding with age and a crack to the top left cornice which has been glued and is sturdy but visible. The original mirror plate has attractive age-related foxing, speckling, fine scratching and minor de-silvering. Otherwise solid with lovely patina and ready to hang.
