Antique Regency Gilt Pier Gold Mirror Classical Ceres Frieze & Original Plate

This charming Regency giltwood pier mirror is the perfect size for a hallway, bedroom or between windows. A lovely piece with bags of character and charm.

The frame is solid and sturdy with general signs of age-related wear. Some age cracking and losses/flaking to the gilt gesso decoration on the frieze panel. The original mirror plate has a small patch of de-silvering, light foxing, speckling and edge hazing and has that lovely soft antique reflection that only age can give.
